- Handling US Inbound call (Level 1) regarding technical issues
- Identifying and resolving clients concerns
- Providing pre sales support
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company
- Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 5,50,000 P.A. Unlimited Incentives+ Referral Bonus+both Side Cab+meals
