- Responsible for taking Inbound calls from Customers for Selling of Online Technical Support Subscription for Window based Computers/laptops
- Candidates with 1 year + Experience in Technical Sales Process in International BPO
Job Description
- Must have Software and Hardware knowledge in terms of common issues and resolutions like Virus, System Slow issues.
- Printers and other peripherals along with Laptop and Desktops
- Should have Experienced in Hardcore Selling
- Should have good convincing power
- Would be required to handle Customer Grievance
- Should be Comfortable with shift timings
- Excellent in Communication and Technical skills
- Education Qualification - Undergraduate/Graduate - Any Stream/Post graduate
- Location – Noida Sector -57
- Shift – US (Both side Cab) + Meal
- Salary:- 20K to 50K + High Incentive
