Basic knowledge of computers
Excellent spoken English must
Dealing with US customers
Hard core sales process
Inbound/ Outbound process
Taking remote session on customer computer
Providing technical service and sell warranty plans
Making effective sales pitch to the customers
Achieving sales targets
Willingness to work under target environment
Should be comfortable with night shift\
Qualification - Undergraduate/ Graduate
Minimum Experience - 1 to 3 yrs
Location - West Delhi/ Janakpuri
Salary - 20k to 55k per month
Fixed Shift timings - 8:30 pm to 5:30 am
Working days - Monday to Friday
Hiring Team leads/ Trainers as well
Salary no bar for right candidate
