Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling US / UK Inbound calls regarding troubleshooting service plans.
- Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery and converting calls into deals.
- Good in analyzing customers requirement
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrating the product.
- A strong exposure in Paid Email Calls/PPC Calls
- Excellent convincing and customer relation skills.
- Should have a positive attitude towards work.
- Educational Qualification - 12th or any graduate
- Experience Required: 1 year- 4 years

- Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. Huge incentive, Cab (If not availed that shall be reimbursed)
