- Sales and Support for major Brands like Apple, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Acer and HP Etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers. Fixation of Virus and Malware intrusion Etc.
- Ability to handle inbound customer Sales and service telephone calls.
- Troubleshooting & resolving of the hardware problems.
- Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
- Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
- Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting service.
- Graduate / Pursuing Graduation / Drop outs.
- Knowledge of Antiviruses.
- 0 - 6 months Exp. in Voice support in BPO/KPO/IT.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Comfortable to work in 24x7 working environment.
- Location: Mohali
- Best Salary Package in Tricity + Incentives
- Salary range : 15,000 INR 50,000 INR
