Location: Bangalore
Position Overview :
Using troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills ensure that user's technical problems are properly analyzed, documented, and resolved with the goal of creating an exceptional customer experience and an environment of shared team knowledge. Provides support to product users via web or phone (1:1) and through social forums and media (1: many). Researches, documents and communicates recurring technical issues. Refers/escalates problems of an unusual, unsolvable nature to appropriate resources who can help provide technical/engineering support and help resolve the issue. Participates in efforts designed to improve customer and business outcomes
Responsibilities :
Schedule appointments with clients to obtain license usage information
Meeting with customers to collect the data will be done remotely
Take inbound calls from customers who need technical assistance in completing the license usage and deployment inventory
Assist Autodesk customer to deploy and troubleshoot Autodesk Inventory Advisor Tool
Assist Autodesk customer to troubleshoot Powershell scripts and other queries
Assist Autodesk customer to Create group policies and roll them out
Assist customer to execute manual data collection in some circumstances
Evaluate inventory data is complete and prepared for analysis by Autodesk
Minimum Qualifications :
3 to 5 years of IT/Technical Support experience is required
Hands-on Active Directory Group Policy, DNS/DHCP and Network Configuration
Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and network technologies
Desktop/Server Support experience
MS Office troubleshooting experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous experience working in a client-facing environment e.g. technical services
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Familiarity with a variety of SAM tools such as Flexera, ScanWin or Snow
