- Should be handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues.
- Willing to be flexible to work 24*7 Process
- Selected candidates should join immediately.
- Must have good customer relation skills.
- Must be bale to solve the customer problems and provide the best customer support online.
- Must be able to trouble shoot the networking devices.
- Must be adaptable to any type of work environment.
- Should be a customer oriented service provider.
- Must have knowledge of computer and its hardware parts.
- Must have good analytical and reasoning skills.
