- Attending Inbound calls from customers regarding computers, laptops, antivirus, printers, routers, mails, MAC, i-pod, i-pad etc.. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..
- 6 months- 1 year experience in International inbound/outbound Tech Support
- Fluent in English
- Flexible with Night Shift
- FRESHERS DONT APPLY
- Fixed Salary (on 1st of every month)+Huge Incentives
