• Must be able to independently handle NOC Process as well as internal escalations
  
• Practical understanding of data product and service solutions applications and delivery 
  
• Updated Information on new technologies, vendors, partners operating in the domain.
  
• Solid programming and debugging experience in C
  
• Proven programming skills and an understanding of object-oriented principles
  
• An understanding of data networks & communications
  
• Excellent in Time Management, written and verbal communication skills
