SKILLS
1. Linux, Windows 2003 / XP, 2007, & 2008. / Wi -Fi Networking
2.Provide Microsoft Operating System support, file server installation, troubleshooting and maintaining a multiple Microsoft network in an intensive networked environment
3. Firewall and Security knowledge to Cisco PIX Firewall & Microsoft ISA Server 2008 and Basic authentication
4. Acquaintance to Microsoft Windows XP, Server 2003, 2007 & 2008.
5. Familiarity to DHCP, DNS, RRAS, ADS, Network Security, system troubleshooting, Network troubleshooting.
6. Ms office application, Basic electronics, Operating system support skills, PC Hardware support skills, Internet browsing, Multimedia concept, IT Fundamental, Windows & Software Installation, Networking Essentials, Installing windows 2003 server, Installing active directory, Configure DNS server and DHCP server, Configure Router & Manageable switch, Installing and configuring IIS and FTP sites, Installing and managing VPN server.
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Traveling Extensively throughout India is compulsory.
- Minimum 20-25 days traveling required.
