- We have an immediate opportunity for Technical Support Engineer for Bangalore location.
- The applicants must have Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/ Computer Science, with a strong knowledge in networking & Technical support.
- Fresher diploma holders are also welcome(2019, 2018 & 2017 pass out )( Training will be given for freshers).
- Experienced candidates 0- 2 years preferred.
- Operating System Concepts (Multi-Threading/Synchronization etc.)
- Good exposure to Linux based systems/RTOS
- Network Fundamentals (Socket/TCP/IP)
- Good to have: Experience in protocol implementation Awareness/Adherence to coding guidelines Exposure to smart meter domain.
- Participation in all ongoing Network infrastructure initiatives including: Firmware/IOS upgrades, Hardware Technology Refreshes, Security hardening and Enterprise Monitoring process improvements.
- Implement Network security policies and procedures, in line with Clients- objectives.
- Create and Maintain detailed up to date technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Run Books)
- Detailed reporting on the status of trouble tickets and build projects through defined processes.
- Implement Network security policies and procedures, in line with Clients- objectives.
- Must ready to travel(30%).
- Freshers ( Diploma Holders )/ experienced candidates ( Maximum 3 years of experience) can apply.
