Min. 3+ yr exp. in Server Support on Exchange Servers / Active Directory -Excellent Communication (International client)-US Process
Required Candidate profile
Should have 3+ year technical support experience in Exchange server and Active Directory-Excellent verbal communication with an ability to deal with US clients-FSMO, DHCP, DNS

Primary Skill
Windows Server NT Server 2000 2003 2008 2012 Build and Administration

Strong Technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting Server Hardware
Hands on experience with Active Directory DNS DHCP File servers and FTP Servers
Manage and Monitor Servers Hardware and application services using SolarWinds or any other monitoring tool
Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L 2 team
Analyze Change Request

Responsibilities /Contribution

Migration of user workstations from windows 7,Windows 8 to windows 10
Migration of user mailboxes from Exchange AD to O365
Managing Active directory accounts involves creating, modifying and deleting users, groups , computers or contacts
Creation and Deletion of user accounts
Having Experience in microsoft Office 365.
Having Experience in Active directory
Monitoring Symantec Antivirus console, Configuring and maintaining Symantec Endpoint protection and Symantec DLP for all the systems.
Imaging OS through the SCCM console
Installing softwares and security patches through SCCM Console
On boarding applications to the users through active directory console
