Job Description
- Speak to customers who calls for asking status on tickets and manage them.
- If unable to handle, escalate to on duty Service Managers immediately.
- Customers will send an email asking for help, Service desk Associate should raise a ticket and assign the respective groups.
- Customers will ask the status via email, Service desk Associate should provide the status based on ticket updates.
- Service desk Associate should also sense an upcoming escalation and should escalate to on-duty service manager for help.
