  • Speak to customers who calls for asking status on tickets and manage them.
  • If unable to handle, escalate to on duty Service Managers immediately.
  • Customers will send an email asking for help, Service desk Associate should raise a ticket and assign the respective groups.
  • Customers will ask the status via email, Service desk Associate should provide the status based on ticket updates.
  • Service desk Associate should also sense an upcoming escalation and should escalate to on-duty service manager for help.
