REQUIRED SKILLS:
- The basic installation of OS and software’s, configuration and support of IT equipment (PC, laptops, printers etc)
- Good knowledge of installation and configurations on LAN
- Should be able to troubleshoot issues and resolve them
- The candidate should have good command over English - fluency in spoken English and customer service skills and high energy levels
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
