Duties and
Responsibilities:
* Actively participate in
job related training.
* Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned
areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise
effectively to help customers.
* Respond to requests and queries from customers using
Ariba products while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Answer technical questions, solve technical problems,
and develop/provide appropriate workarounds related to
supported applications.
* Research, document, and escalate cases according to
procedure.
* Provide product and documentation feedback to
continually improve the usability of our products.
* Author technical documents on common issues and
solutions in order to build the knowledge base.
* Project work.
* Conduct all customer interactions in a manner that
presents Ariba in a positive light. The Support Intern is
required to be respectful, fair, gracious, and knowledgeable
and to uphold the core values established by Ariba.
* Ensure that individual performance meets or exceeds
department standards.
* All other duties as assigned.
