Designation: Technical Support Engineer

Eligibility Criteria: 
  • Candidates from BE/BTech(CSE, IT, Networking, ECE, EEE) ME/MTech(CSE, IT, Networking, ECE, EEE),MSc(Computers, Networking),BSc(Computers, Networking) BCA, MCA from 2018 and 2019 with 60% throughout in your academics.
  • Preferred the Only Male Candidates
Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to Mitel customers. 
  • Working with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support. 
  • Being a voice and advocate for our customers when something doesn’t feel right. 
  • Driving projects that improve support-related processes. 
  • Working with customers to understand how they use Mitel services, and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams. 
  • Acting as an advocate for our customers, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement. 
  • Making sure internal knowledge reference pages are updated. 
  • Driving projects that improve support-related processes. 
  • Working with customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
Skills Required:
  • Familiarity with Networking, Web Technologies, and the Internet and Networking
  • (Certification in CCNA or any Networking course would be an added advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to summarise technical customer issues into notes that are readable by other parties.
  • Ability to work weekends and/or evenings
  • A drive to dig into the details of a system or process to solve customer problems.
  • Excitement to learn new technologies and help customers succeed.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven success in a fast paced support environment.
  • Experience building or hosting a website.
Salary: Upto 3,60,000 Per Annum
