Job Description
Eligibility : B.E/B.Tech(CS/EEE/ECE) from 2016 batch.
Job Role:
- Provide telephonic support from office and site visit as the case may be.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Working continuously on a task until completion.
- Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time.
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and providing proactive updates and communication to customers.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills. Good Speaking English
- Should have an understanding of basic networking (protocols, IPv4, Router configuration etc), application Download and installation Android and iOS devices.
- Aptitude to fast learning, patience, softspoken.
- Working knowledge of MS office and Xcel, Ppt, Docs.
- Speaking of languages Hindi, Kannada, Tamil or Telugu is a big plus.
- Should be a good team player. Inter-depth communication ability.
- 6 days a week working and if needed providing support over a phone during holidays.
Location: Bangalore
Salary: 15k to 18k
