1. Excellent communication in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
2. . Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking/OS related queries
3. . Flexible to work at shifts.
5. Manage end to end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers on call status.
Installing, testing, and reviewing MS Office applications
Training end users on functions of hardware and usage of new software applications
Installing Windows operating systems
Troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues
