Job Description
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER- Chennai
Qualification: Education: Diploma in Electronics is preferable. (Computer Science and Electrical can also do, if they have knowledge in Electronics)
Experience: Fresher or Experienced (2 years max)
Job Description: Installation and Servicing of ID Card Printers, Biometric Access Control readers and installation of Attendance software system. Helping the sales team by providing product demo to clients
Expectation from Candidate:
- Interested in making career on technical field (Electronics Servicing / Simple Networking Management / Managing Software Application)
- Uses his own vehicle to travel within city limits for attending service calls.
- Willing to travel to customer places within city.
- Willing to travel outstation across State whenever need arises.
- Good communication skills and problem solving attitude.
- Good in local regional language with both reading and writing abilities.
- Simple English speaking good email composing skills are expected.
- Willing to work beyond office time to complete the work whenever necessary.
