  • To ensure customer successfully implement our systems at their company
  • To provide training, workshop, coaching and support to customers to use the company's provided systems and also include training and workshop coordination and management (such as call confirmation, reminders, followup, reports, etc.).
  • Must be able to talk in front of a group of people (experience as a trainer is a plus)
  • Must be IT literate and easily learn new software and apps (knowledge in accounting is a plus)
  • Develop materials such as user manual, training materials, video tutorials, etc
  • Provide support and customer service for clients through email, online, phone, WhatsApp, chat, etc
  • Requires high problem solving skills
  • Love to help, talk, call, chat and meet with people
  • May involve regular travels
  • Engagement with clients, understand clients' business and requirements, help them to on board their company to fully implement our software, check up with clients, followup with them.
  • Maintain good relationship with them. 
  • To provide GREAT customer experience to customers.
  • Must be ready to work in a small, newly established team. May be required to help other department(s) from time to time.
  • Able to work independently and in team.
  • Other tasks assigned to you
