Job Description
- Support and assist clients in web technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer support when communicating and assisting customers.
- Ensure that high-quality standard maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users.
- Assign work orders/incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure.
- Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
- A bachelor's degree with computer background with or without experience in web technologies.
