- Technical support officer - To attend calls of international clients with regards to Technical issues of UPS , Battery and provide solutions for the same , Coordinate with International technical person to assist issues at the location
- Coordinators - Preparing Quotations and ensuring the products are delivered from warehouse to Customer place
