Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Helping customers solve technical issues.
- Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities.
- Work is done primarily via voice, with some chat if required .
- To provide a high level of technical support to our customers, . To continually innovate in order to ensure the company is offering the best level of service in terms of services and equipment
- Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Predominantly working in US shift timings.
- 2 days of rotational off per week.
- Immediate Joiners are preferred
- Chennai is the work location.
- Any Graduate/Non Graduate with any domain international voice process experience.
- Minimum 6 months of international calling exprience.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, router and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Flexible to work in rotational shift timings especially night shifts.
- Interested to work in Chennai Suburb.
