Job Description
- We are currently hiring for Domestic Voice Process -Fresher / Tenured
- Description - Technical Support
- Handle the inbound calls pertaining the technical issues
- Remotely resolving the issues
- Should have good knowledge in Windows and basic knowledge in Networks
- Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT
- Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work load of L2 technical support team
- Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool
Requirement :
- Must be able to communicate in Hindi & English .
- Looking for both UG/PG .(in any discipline).
- Fresher are welcomed.
- Candidates with excellent communication skills.
- Experienced candidates in Customer support / Technical Support also apply.
