Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Will be involved in client servicing and providing technical support related to our software products to the clients.
- Should work with a standard protocol, SSH, Server, and Network. Utilizing a documented process to respond to customer issues via E-support, Phone, Whats app chat and remote support.
- Provide technical solution to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
- Our clients are in different countries like Dubai, London, Bangladesh, Malesia, USA.
- Any degree (Arrear candidates can also apply)
- Male Candidates Only.
- Ready work in rotational shifts.
- Basic system knowledge.
- Basic Network knowledge.
- Email and chat handling capacity.
- Ready to work in Rotation shift basis.
- Basic Linux Knowledge.
- Basic MS office knowledge.
- Language known: Hindi, Malayalam, English.
