Job Summary
- Technical support Engineer monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organisation.
- He could be installing and configuring computer systems,CCTV , Biomatrics Access control systems diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
Qualifications and Skills
- An ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels
- Ability to deal with difficult callers.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge.
