Technical Support Engineer Jobs in Hyderabad - ATG Informatics

• We are looking for An ECE/EEE graduate as Product Support Engineer who will provide frontline technical support to our customers. 
  
• The Support Engineer will take complete accountability for product demonstration, Site visit, analysis and technical evaluation.
  
• Providing timely assistance and technical guidance & demonstration of the product to customers. 
  
• The candidate will resolve queries raised for our product and make the customer understand.
  
• This product support engineer will provide support via walk-in, phone, web, email, chat and other channels as required.
  
• We are looking for Support Engineers with a background of ECE/EEE graduation. 
• Candidates with technical support expertise across wireless communications, electrical engineering are preferred.

What do you do at ATG

• Attend site visits, product demonstration, technical evaluation of the automation product
  
• Resolve technical issues related to product as reported by our customer’s & marketing staff.
  
• Work independently with our customers technical teams on both pre- and post- sale technical issues.
  
• Work independently to resolve complex technical problems, including escalations to product manager & engineers.
  
• Develop best practices for delivering outstanding service, as well as participate in knowledge sharing through the creation of knowledge base articles.
  
• Work as a technical resource with R&D product engineering to bridge complex issues.
  
• Define, coordinate, and prioritize customer feedback and ideas into engineering requirements for future enhancements to the product. Work closely with R&D Product Management to implement enhancements.
  
• Prepare accurate and technical evaluation formats after site visits.
