Job Description
- Good command over English Language with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate with the US clients through Phone calls, Video conferences and emails.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationship with all the team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Supervise team and handle escalations.
- Conduct meetings and maintain records of daily and weekly huddles.
- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best practice ideas.
- Motivate the team members to perform and produce their best.
- Monitor team performance, develop training modules and conduct need based training sessions for team members.
- Determine the duties and responsibilities of individuals in a team.
- Developing and implementing strategies aiming at process improvement.
- Provide process training and process related updates to the team members.
- Handle team’s Appraisal reviews, Time sheet, Work Assignment and Assessment.
- Offer solutions to the top management regarding project-related queries.
- Reporting any problem or fault in the project to the project manager or supervisor.
- Good in People & Floor Management.

During the time of exit interview (the last day of served 1 month notice), employee will then receive full retained salary along will their accrued salary. We however won’t be able to process their retained nor accrued salary should they not comply to serve us 1 month written notice.
