Job Description
The primary responsibilities for this position would be as follows:
- Work with software development team for testing new products.
- Provide technical support to clients at 3 levels:
- Level 1 starts with questions regarding functionality and environments.
- Level 2 deals with manual intervention through remote support.
- Level 3 involves code modification for resolution of application errors and bugs.
