Job Description
- The Support Engineer will be responsible for high-quality technical support.
- The person will also work on other programming and documentation as required.

Skills:
- Strong English written skills.
- Knowledge of PHP and CMSs ( Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS
Additional Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
- Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
