- Installing and Managing Enterprise`s Devices and its applications.
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Provide basic support for enterprise software.
- Researching,identifying,diagnosing and troubleshooting solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Ask customers targeted problems to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
