Roles & Responsibilities will be like below:

• Knowledge of Operating System/Application: Windows 2008 or 2012 Server, Windows 7/8/10 Professional, Microsoft Office 365/2016.
• Software installations and troubleshooting of all types of customer-oriented field problems, network setting for TCP/IP and Internet setup.
• Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
• Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1, L2 & L3 levels & Managing backup and recovery.
• Configuring & troubleshooting of printer, scanner & LAN related issues reported by users.
• Installation and configuring of wireless Data Cards in user’s laptops.
• Exposure in Active Directory user creation & deletion.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems using Ping, Trace route.
• Trouble shooting hardware, software & networking problems.
• Monitoring of virus issues through Symantec Endpoint Protection antivirus.
• Password creation & resetting to end users through remote desktop.
• Resolving tickets with in the SLA which is raised from End User side.
• Maintaining Assets through Asset Management Tools.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

• Any Graduate from any field can apply for this profile including B.E/B.Tech with less than 65% Aggregate.
• Undergraduates should be minimum a HSC pass candidate.
• The candidate SHOULD HOLD EXCELLENT COMMAND AND FLUENCY IN ENGLISH.
• Should be compatible to work in a Rotational Shift 24 * 7 shifts.

There will 3 Rounds minimum to understand the candidates capabilities:

• Hr Round ( Introductory Part)
• Versant Round ( Automised Round to check the Speech & pronunciation proficiency)
• Ops Round ( Technical Round)
• VNA Round ( Voice & Accent Round) if Needed.
