We are hiring Technical Support Engineer - IT at Rajkot Location.
Experience: 0 - 1 Year
Educational Qualification: B.E. IT, M.Tech. IT.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Level 1 Technical Support and Product Queries. Handle Calls, Emails & Chat
2. Technical Support to resolve issues related to Hardware and Software, Computer fundamentals, Internet and Networking fundamentals at Office.
3. Flexible to travel across India.
4. Software Testing
5. Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer
6. In-depth knowledge in the product that the technician is supporting.
7. Strong problem-solving skills
8. Excellent client-facing skills
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Diagnose and resolve customer problems and educate users on problem resolutions in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
11. Assist in the QA process of new iterations/updates of the software.
