Job Description
- Experience level - 5 to 8 years
- Previous experience as L2 support
- Basic Understanding of Media Domain
- Well versed with Cloud (AWS, Azure)
- Core Linux development and scripting skill (Shell scripting, python)
- Well versed with Alerting and Monitoring tools
- Good bug triaging skill
- Good written and verbal Communication skills
- Troubleshooting experience in issues related to infrastructure, application components and networking
- Troubleshooting of REST APIs/SQL database/NOSQL database
- Tools: Sumologic, ELK, Moogsoft, Grafana or equivalent standard tools
- Should have experience into Media domain
