We are looking for technical support engineers to support us on Open Banking Solution deployed in one of the biggest banks in India. This role will also help someone who is looking to transition from Technical Support to DevOps in due course. Your ability to work in a complex architecture will also make you an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our DevOps and Developers to manage and operate our solution
- Work in 24x7 shift when needed; At the moment it's not on shift basis
- Work on our technical stack - Linux OS, Ansible, Kubernetes, ELK, Ping Identity & Access Management, IBM API Connect API Management, Java, NodeJS, Oracle, Git
- You will be trained on the above technology stack if needed
- You will work hands-on with support from our DevOps team
- Coordinate with infrastructure team for issues like user access policies, firewalls, networking
- You will be able to analyse and troubleshoot issues in our solution
- Ability to clearly explain issues to the DevOps team and seek their advice to resolve it within the SLA
- Work with the full life cycle of tickets and issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in Linux/Unix support for at least 3 years
- Ansible
- Git version control
- Work in shifts (24x7)
- Unix/Linux certification would be advantageous
- Keen to learn modern DevOps technologies
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Graduation BCA/MCA/BE/BTECH preferred
- Banking experience is preferred
