- Implementing and localizing the global manufacturer/supply chain according to the customer’s requirement.
- Planning for what happens after each proposal to ensure increased technically and commercially accepted proposals by our customers.
- Using analytics to predict what will happen next after giving each completed techno-commercial proposal and to tell our team people what they have to do further.
- Representing the company in the global market by feeding local product requirements into the global manufacturers and suppliers.
