Job Description:

Responsible for customers related queries.
Provide basic technical service.
Executive is also responsible for providing first class support for non-technical & Technical and escalations coming from customers.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 6 months of total experience in customer support industry including (voice, customer service)
Holds a college degree in any stream. Freshers/UG can also apply.

Excellent communications skills (Written and spoken)
Willing to Work in 24/7 shifts
Willing to work for International voice process
0 to 2yrs work experience
Relevant min 6months international voice experience.
Fresher’s can also apply
