Job Description
- We have an urgent requirement for Inbound Tech Support Process and outbound Tech support for International Voice Process which we are looking for agents who have work experience in the same domain.
- As a Technical Support Executive,' Customer Support Service', the responsibilities of the incumbent would be providing technical assistance to the customers in the US and Canadain market.

- Job Profile: Technical Support Executive/ Customer Support Service
- Working Days- 5 days
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls & provide technical support to the customers via voice, chat & email.
- Interact with the customers to resolve their queries.
- Identify software issues and offer solutions for the customer.
- Ensure the efficient and effective classification and prioritization of request to ensure timely resolution.
- Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Must have minimum 1 year work experience in international tech support voice process.
- Should be able to work on the common and standard Bpo,Telecom Process, software platforms for data entry, detailed eporting and call routing.
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (e.g. Current Windows OS, Mac OS)
- Salary range: From 15k to 35k plus incentives, negotiable for deserving candidates
- Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5 PM
- Working Days: 5 days working with rotational offs
