Job Description:
- Providing first point of contact for all support queries comes to technical support
- Creating Support Ticket for any escalation or customer support in our Ticketing system and providing reference number to the client’s
- Keep a track on customer accounts inside the servers for any exploits to virus or Trojans and known finger prints
- Maintain Security standards in all servers
- Updating any support tickets require to the next level of hierarchy to L2 & L3.
- Providing Live Chat Support (L1 level) to the existing clients and routing to the next level of support agent
- Provide answers to the technical queries to the customers over the phone, live chat, tickets and emails.
- Provide Instant help or support to the Live chat requests with 99% accuracy in providing assistance
- Generating daily reports of activity and submitting to the Senior Technical Support Head
- Must have GOOD Communication skill in ENGLISH both verbal and written
- Additional Language skills like Hindi will be given more preference
- Good Knowledge about drafting e-mails to the clients and management
- Knowledge about the Servers (Linux & windows), Hosting control panels (cPanel & Plesk), Domains, SSL certificates, Email Solutions
- Should build positive relationship with the clients and visitors to our website
- Friendly, Confident and able to talk with people at all levels
- Flexible working approach and ability to work independently as well as with the team
- Continuous learning ability is must to be updated with the industry standards
- Ready to work in night shifts
