Job Description
- Any Graduate/Undergraduate with the following skill set is preferred.
- Ability to analyze and solve customers’ query/complaint - Inbound Calls
- Respond to customer enquiries related to M-wallet (Recharge , Bill Payment , Ticket Booking)
- Ability to troubleshoot M-wallet related queries over the phone
- Intuition in identifying Customer Needs
