Job Description
- Technical Support Executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills
- 12+ months related experience in a technical support Experience in BPO
- Working knowledge of incident management systems (developed in training)
- Supporting the configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of basic email, web hosting, and VPS issues
- Able to configure and troubleshoot computer and networking issues
- Understanding of terminology and concepts, including but not limited to: POP3/IMAP, Exchange, and VPNs
- Triage and troubleshooting for basic email and hosting products
- No certification requirement
- Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate
- Shift 24x7
- 15 days guest house accommodation. (for outside Indore candidates)
- Relocation Bonus, Rs 10,000 (for outside Madhya Pradesh experienced candidates)
- Travel Reimbursement (for outside Madhya Pradesh candidates)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: 370,000.00 /year
- Required experience: night shift: 1 year
- Technical Support: 1 year
