Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills
12+ months related experience in a technical support Experience in BPO
Working knowledge of incident management systems (developed in training)
Supporting the configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of basic email, web hosting, and VPS issues
Able to configure and troubleshoot computer and networking issues
Understanding of terminology and concepts, including but not limited to: POP3/IMAP, Exchange, and VPNs
Triage and troubleshooting for basic email and hosting products
No certification requirement
Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate
Shift 24x7
15 days guest house accommodation. (for outside Indore candidates)
Relocation Bonus, Rs 10,000 (for outside Madhya Pradesh experienced candidates)
Travel Reimbursement (for outside Madhya Pradesh candidates)
