Job Description
- Designation – Sr. Technical Sales Associate (TSA)
- Shift - Morning and Night Shifts
- Candidates must have good communication in English.
- Candidates must have atleast 1 yr of Experience in Technical Support (Inbound /Outbound).
- Candidates must know how to close their own calls or at least can pitch the calls.
- German/Polish/Finnish speaking candidates are preferable.
- Should be flexible in working in both the shifts(Morning and Night)
- Candidates must be flexible with rotational offs
- Candidate must be comfortable in working 6 days a week
- Candidates have to close their own calls or to take remote access of printers, routers, emails etc
- Candidates have to close Tech Support pop-up calls or PPC calls of both MAC and Windows
- Candidates have to address genuine router, printer problems
- Salary – 12,000 to 25,000(Depending on the experience)
- Fixed salary on 1st of every month.
- Incentives like Spot Incentives, Daily Incentives, Rewards and Recognition Scheme.
- Incentives upto 10,000 – 20,000
- Referral Bonus 3,000 per person referred.
- 24 Leaves in a year, 15 calendar holiday and Birthday Leave.
- Only Experienced candidates in Tech Support can apply
