Job Description
- Position: Senior Tech Support Associate
- No.of vacancies: 11
- Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer.
- Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer.
- Selling technical support plan along with
relevant software.
Candidates Profile:
- Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 8 months to 1 year
- Must know how to close their own calls.
- Must have good convincing skills.
- Must have Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses
