Job Profile for Semi – Technical Voice Process
Advanced Technical Troubleshooting (over phone):-
In this process, you will help customers troubleshoot their cable, internet and telephony related issues remotely over phone. So needless to say you should have great oral communication and comprehension skills. You will be training them on the latest cutting edge aspects of cable/internet/telephony industry in the USA so that they have very deep understanding of the domain.
Eligibility:
- HSC + 06 Months experience on paper
- Graduate + 06 Months experience on paper
- Age Criteria : Below 42yrs
Job Description:
- Reading Operator comments
- Checking service status of account in diagnostic tools
- Understanding of web technologies and cable setup
- Troubleshooting of technical issues related to modems & Routers
- Effective communication and close looping with client in case of observation
- Updating status in internal as well as client tools
- Basic Knowledge of Hardware (Modems , Routers and Troubleshooting)
