- Responsible for providing technical support to the client.
- Resolving technical issues relating to financial software through Emails / Telephonic/Remote Support.
- Liaising with internal / external teams for resolving technical issues at the earliest.
- Providing reports to team and client as per requirement.
- Responsible for day to day activities like supporting the client, co-ordinating with the team and maintaining the client relationship with the company by providing promt resolution.
