Designation: Associate-Technical Support (Semivoice process)-FRESHERS.
Job Description:
  • Email & Voice Technical Support and troubleshooting L1 issues.
  • Incident logging, categorization and prioritization on the ticketing tool.
  • Timely reporting of open incidents.
  • Diligent tracking of SLAs to ensure incidents are being solved within TAT.
  • Correct assignment of incidents in ticketing tool to ensure smooth resolution
 
Candidate requirements:
  • Any Graduate except BE (Those appearing for final exam can also apply)
  • Candidate must be open to a 24*7 environment
  • Exemplary written & verbal communication skills to cater to UK customers.
  • Basic knowledge of Computer & Operating systems.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite (2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013) is required.
  • Exemplary listening skills required.
  • Excellent customer handling skills.
