Job Role: Handling customer queries and complaints over Telephone and online chat. Ability to handle product technical support over the phone. Ability to multitask and act spontaneous. Handling inbound calls and make overseas calls if required
Qualification: Diploma & Any degree.
Primary Key Skills: Good English communication skills preferred.
Skill Required: Basic of Computer Knowledge, Ms-Office, Email and Chat.
Experience : 0 - 2 years
Languages known: English, Tamil.
