Job Description
Job Title: Technical Support Intern
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Regular Servicing of Equipment
- To Attend service calls regularly
- Preventive maintenance and calibration of Dental equipment
- Perform RMA testing of spare parts
- Communicating with coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions of Dental equipment
- To Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites and remotely
- Co-ordinate to arrange for replacement items, depending upon warranty
- To Analyze complaints and take quick actions to resolve them
- Address customer enquiries timely, resolve issues and obtain customer feedbacks proactively
- Ensure customer service effectiveness through interdepartmental coordination
- Submit Invoices for the service charges and ensure the collection of payment with in stipulated time
- Prepare and submit detailed visit report after every site visit
Profile Description:
