Job Description
As per ACS charter and independent school initiatives, Inspiroz was incorporated in 2016 with an aim to provide technology solution services to charter and independent schools in the USA.
1. Monitor client infrastructure remotely & update checklist daily
2. Work on process-oriented ticketing tool called Autotask to track all incidents till closure
3. Work on understanding how our monitoring tool N-able works
4. Coordinate with US clientele to resolve their IT related queries & issues on emails, calls, chats, eventually building a client-vendor relationship
5. Work in cohesion with all team members
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th May'21 and 10th Jun'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Excellent written & spoken English communication
2. Flexible to work in rotational shifts/night shifts
3. Candidates who are freshers/graduates or are pursuing B.Sc/ BCA/B.E (information technology and computer science) or BA/B.Com/B.E (electronics & communication) graduate
4. The candidate must have done MCSA/CCNA course/certification
The candidates would be working from home and depending upon the situation they have to come to the office.
