Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Acknowledging any incidents and tracking tickets until successfully resolved
2. Conducting log analysis and data analysis to understand the problem and find root-cause
3. Proactively monitoring systems and communication with customers regarding any variance in service levels
4. Gathering and analyzing information about the user's issue and determining the best way to resolve their problem
5. Logging, categorizing, prioritizing, tracking, and routing incidents reported by users or alarms raised by monitoring tools
6. Being a person our customers trust and rely on to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems

Other requirements
1. Must have sound knowledge of SQL database and Linux commands
